new board
I recently ordered a new board from Mike Daniel at Coil Surf. Found out about Coil through Swaylocks, and emailed Mike. I told him I wanted a better wave board, and where I surf, and that I wanted a quad/tri convertible. He came up with the rest. Handles late drops with ease, is fast, loves to get barreled, and turns well. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. Plus the tech factor is really cool. I've ridden it with the M5's (tri), H2's (quad), and the new(er) Hyson quad set. I think the Hynson is my favorite so far, but I'll need a little more time to tell.
